For approved purchases under Gulf Coast Camp Delta, reimbursement requests must be submitted with original receipts and a completed reimbursement form. All expenses should align with the program's budget and be pre-approved by the Treasurer. Please ensure that your reimbursement form is accurately filled out and submitted within 45 days of the purchase date.
